The oxygen plant and nitrogen plant are safe and economical & operate with an expansion engine which lowers the operating pressure upto 30-40 kg/cm², lowers the power consumption and is trouble free. The oxygen and nitrogen plant mainly consists of AIR COMPRESSOR (Ingersol Rand) Molecular sieve battery for removal of acetylene and hydrocarbons from the process air and eleminating the use of caustic soda and cost saving as there is no need of any recurring cost of chemicals. The production plant can produce both OXYGEN & NITROGEN simultaneously and the plant BDM models have a Built-in internal compression liquid oxygen pump to fill bone dry high pressure oxygen upto 165 kg/cm² in cylinders.

SCOPE OF SUPPLY FOR MODEL BDM OXYGEN/NITROGEN PLANT

2.	One	AAIR COMPRESSOR (Purification Unit)	This is multistage heavy duty water cooled air compressor with fly wheel inter cooler, foundation bolts, motor pulley, v belt, guard and slide rails and air filter (AIR COOLED OPTIONAL).
3.	One	AFTER COOLING WITH TANK	Complete after cooler including air coil in circular tank with base plate, cover inlet and oulet air lines with matching flanges. Inlet and outlet water connection points with union / pipe fitting for connection with the cooling tower.
4.	One	NITROGEN COOLER WITH TANK	Complete with double coil for cooling the air immersed in large tank having two compartments. The air is circulating inside the coil and dry nitrogen is sprayed into shell of the tank. Due to the high calorific value / properties of dry nitrogen coming out of the cold box injected produces cooling without consumption of energy. This is energy saving equipment.
5.	Two	MOISTURE SEPARATOR	Manufactured out of seamless steel pipes vessel for collection of moisture and oil vapour in the process air. Is of special design to knock out the moisture. Provided with inlet and outlet pipe and connection with stand and base plate for fixing on ground or skid as required.
6.	One	CHILLING UNIT TANK	Complete cooler including air coil in circular tank with base plate, cover inlet and outlet air lines with matching flanges. Inlet and outlet water connection points with union / pipe fitting for connection with the cooling tower. In case of high efficiency external Freon unit can be connected with this unit.
7.	One	OIL ABSORBER	Manufactured out of seamless pipes vessel with dished end provided inlet and outlet pipe. With connection / flanges for air pipe connection. Supplied with stand and base plate for connecting foundation bolts. Special filter are provided to removed impurities in process air. This vessel is connected between chilling tank and the molecular sieve battery dryer.
8.	One	MOLECULAR SIEVE BATTERY / DRYER ON SKID	The molecular sieve battery / dryer is supplied with two vertical vessels A & B complete with air and nitrogen valves special design complete with inter connected piping and regeneration heater with inlet and outlet piping for nitrogen .
9.	One	DUST FILTER	Complete with one vessel with inlet and outlet air pipe supplied with special dust removing cartridges complete with stand and base plate.
10.	One	EXPANSION ENGINE	Complete with motor/starter, with hydraulic valve control, bursting disc for safety, complete with fly wheel pressure gauge, motor pulley V belt, Belt guard, slide rails inter connected copper pipes (inlet and outlet) hydraulically operated high efficient engine with ball type of valves stainless steel liner vertical type of German design.
11.	One	AIR SEPARATION UNIT (COLD BOX)	(Air separation column –cold box) consists of outer steel casing, main heat exchanger, liquifier, bottom column, top column, condenser, sub cooler, liquid oxygen and nitrogen filter. Cooling pipe line, insulation material, digital electronic temperature indicator and scanner, PT 100 sensor, Liquid oxygen, DP gauge manometer, Expansion valve with longstemp type with pointer And index & wheel supplied with main control panel and safety valve. Leak proof stainless steel column (optional) for production of high purity hospital / medical oxygen and safety.
12.	Set	HIGH PRESSURE FILLING MANIFOLD	For filling high-pressure Oxygen to Cylinders. It consists of main High Pressure Isolation Valve and Pigtail connection with individual Industrial regulation Valve with Pressure Gauge and Safety Relief Valve.
13.	One	LIQUID OXYGEN PUMP	Horizontal single acting pump with Stainless Steel system Piston, Teflon Piston Rings, Safety Devices, Non-Return Valves with Stainless Steel head for long life, Motor and Starter with Pulley, V-Belts, Belt Guard, Inter Connecting Pipes with A. S. U. Suitable for filling Oxygen.
14.	One	COOLING TOWER	Induced Draft-Rotary Sprinkler type with Aluminium Casting Fan, FRP Body with suitable Electric Motor for maintaining the circulating water temperature between the Hot well and Cold well for optimum performance of the Plant. Complete in all respects (optional).
15.	One	ELECTRICAL PANEL	Electrical Panel for supply of electricity to individual motors. With overall size 1200 W x 300 D x 1550 Ht. It has a bank of on/off switches and fuses. This enables the Operator to control all the Motors from one point (optional).
16.	One	WATER SOFTENER	Made of HDPE having single mutiport valve for different plant valve for different operations. Used to remove hardness of the water and to avoid scaling in Air Compressor Cylinder jacket and water line. Nacl/Regeneration. With min/max. working pressure in 2.0/4.0 kgs/cm2. Complete in all respect (optional).
OPTIONAL : 1. STAINLESS STEEL COLUMN for Medical/Food Grade Oxygen & Nitrogen instead of Copper 2. Skid / Platform mounting.
